Terms & Conditions — BPC Cars
Introduction
These Terms & Conditions outline the customer’s use of BPC Cars, a licensed private hire vehicle operator. By completing a booking, you agree to the terms described below.
Regulatory Compliance
As a Transport for London licensed operator, BPC Cars is the principal in all passenger contracts. The service is executed by vetted, professional drivers who operate independently, but the legal responsibility for each booking remains with us.
Bookings
Bookings are accepted once confirmed via email or SMS. All bookings are subject to availability, and the Company may refuse service if necessary to uphold safety or compliance standards.
Fare Policy
Prices are fixed at the time of booking and include both the driver fare and our operational fee. VAT is only charged on our service portion where applicable. Additional charges (e.g., tolls, parking) are disclosed beforehand when applicable.
Cancellation Terms
- Full refund for cancellations made at least 12 hours before scheduled pickup.
- No refunds for cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance unless tied to verifiable flight cancellation.
- FRefunds are processed via the original method of payment.
Passenger Responsibilities
The customer must ensure the vehicle type booked is appropriate for the number of passengers and luggage. Extra charges or service refusal may apply if incorrect vehicle types are selected.
Waiting Policy
Complimentary waiting: 45 minutes post-landing at airports; 15 minutes at other pickup points. After this, standard waiting charges apply per minute.
Liability Disclaimer
BPC Cars is not liable for issues caused by traffic, weather, or driver actions that fall outside our reasonable control. We aim to connect you with quality drivers, but cannot guarantee performance beyond that obligation.
Lost Property
We assist in locating items left in vehicles, but assume no responsibility for their condition or retrieval success.
Privacy Statement
We take your privacy seriously. Data collected is used solely for the purposes of service fulfilment, compliance, and improvement. We adhere to UK GDPR at all times.
Governing Law
This agreement and any associated disputes are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Legal proceedings shall be handled within the jurisdiction of English courts.
