2. Reservation Acceptance:

Booking a service with BPC Cars constitutes an agreement to these terms. Confirmation of the booking is validated through an email from BPC Cars.

3. Terms for Cancellation and Refunds:

• Cancellation Notice: Clients are entitled to a full refund when canceling more than 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

4. Pricing Policy:

• Once a booking is confirmed, the pricing is set and guaranteed, reflecting our commitment to clear and stable pricing.

5. Child Safety Protocol:

Following UK Government Guidelines, we provide safe travel for children and infants without the need for specific car seats. Should there be a request for particular car seats, an added charge of £15 per seat will be applicable.

6. Vehicle Choice:
