Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the customer and UKTRANSFER2016 LIMITED, trading as BPC Cars ('the Company'). By booking a journey through our website, app, telephone, or any messaging platform, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.


Operator Responsibility (TfL Compliance)

In accordance with Transport for London (TfL) regulations and Regulation 9(14) of the Private Hire Vehicles (London) (Operators’ Licences) Regulations 2000, the contract for the provision of a private hire journey is entered into between the Company and the customer. The Company is fully responsible for ensuring that the journey is fulfilled, either directly or through a self-employed driver acting under the Company’s dispatch.


Nature of Service

The Company acts as a private hire operator facilitating transportation services by assigning licensed, self-employed drivers who provide the actual transport. The Company manages the booking, payment, and customer service aspects of the journey.


Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation via email, SMS, or in-app message. The Company reserves the right to cancel or refuse any booking at its discretion.


Payment and Charges

All bookings are pre-priced. The price confirmed at the time of booking includes our booking fee and any applicable VAT on our commission. The Company collects the total fare, deducts a commission, and transfers the balance to the driver who performs the service.

❌ Cancellations and Refunds

  • ✔ Full refund if cancelled more than 12 hours before pickup
  • ✔ No refund if cancelled within 12 hours (except flight cancellation)
  • ✔ Refunds processed within 5 working days

Vehicle Selection and Passenger Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to select a vehicle that suits their passenger and luggage requirements. If unsure, contact our support team.


⏱ Waiting Time and Delays

Drivers will wait up to 45 minutes after flight landing (airport pickups) or 15 minutes at non-airport locations. Customers must notify delays to avoid extra charges or no-show fees.


⚠️ Liability Disclaimer

While the Company contracts directly with the customer, the journey is performed by an independent driver. The Company is not liable for delays, traffic, missed flights, or accidents beyond its control.


Lost Property

We will try to return lost items left in vehicles. However, we are not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings.

Customer data is processed in compliance with UK GDPR. We use your data to manage bookings, payments, and service feedback. We never sell or share data with third parties except as legally required.
